I love how convenient it was! Close to the metro (takadanobaba station) and nearby the hotel, there were alot of places to eat. You have burger king, kfc, baskin robin, macdonals, lawson, family mart, 7/11. All of which area within the area. You have big box and there's tully's coffee, delifrance. The station after takadanobaba also has alot of places to eat too! Especially for muslim travellers, shin okubo and shinjuku is your go-to place to find your halal needs! Travel abit more down to shibuya, there's halal food too! Places to shop? There are plenty! A prime example is that the don quijote beside the hotel is 24hrs. Next, I love the room! It is PERFECT for a solo traveller! It would be just nice for 2 pax too! There are two types of pillow for each person, the soft one and the hard one. The amenities are perfect! I felt like a kid at the candy store being able to pick what i want from the amenity station at level 1. There's also a weighing machine for your luggage. The laundry room/microwave/vending machine/ice machine are all located at level 4. Theres also a 24h laundromat nearby as well! There are some amenities that you need to rent (but its actually free), you just need to inform the front desk and you would actually need to collect it yourself. Also, this is a personal preference but i love how the mirror is adjacent to the toilet instead of opposite. I don't have to see the mirror from my bed lol. The breakfast is good. I like the grilled mackerel and my favourite was the fruit section and there's this banana chips that i will never fail to take! There were two magnetic (yes you read it right!) signs for guest to either request for housekeeping (in blue) or new/clean towels (in orange) and you just need to stick it on your door for the housekeeping staff to see. I think that's cool.

We love this hotel! This area has everything - from shops, restaurants, to arcades and karaoke! The hotel offers many amenities, the staff are very nice and we enjoy it very much- it's already our third stay! The room is small, but it is noted when ordering, and we find it good for us. The water pressure is amazing and not obvious in Japan at all.

The location next to the train station. Mini markets and restaurants quiet next to the hotel. It was clean and the hotel itself is quiet new / modern. Good ventilation in the bathroom.

This hotel is a fantastic find for the price! It’s just a 3-minute walk from the train station, making it incredibly convenient for travelers. Don Quijote is right next door, and there are plenty of restaurants nearby, offering a great variety of food options. The room was a good size—comfortable enough to fit three adults without feeling cramped. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful, yet still close to the action. You get the best of both worlds: a relaxing environment with easy access to the city’s attractions. Overall, this hotel is a steal for what you pay. I’d definitely stay here again!

The location was super convenient. It was only a minute from the station and right next to a DonQuijote. It also is nearby Big Box a small mall that has a 3 coins, Loft, clothing stores, cafes, and a Taito arcade. Since it's located on Takadanobaba, it's really close to both Shinjuku and Ikebukuro, but isn't as busy and noisy as those two stations, making it an ideal spot to stay. The hotel staff were really nice and check in at the kiosk was really easy. The hotel was also really quiet. I could sleep soundly at night without being woken up by other guests coming home. The room was also a decent size. I could fit my suitcase in-between the bed and wall, making it easy for me to walk around my room. The amenities available were also really nice, they had sheet masks, cleansing oil, hair ties, and an array of other skincare available.

Very convenient location for my purposes. Just across from the JR station, close to the clinic I needed to visit. Buffet breakfast exceed expectations (compared to only the one other Sotetsu Grand Fresa I've stayed at). Had dinner in the hotel one night, it was also quite good. No fitness facility but that is normal for Japanese business hotels. User friendly check-in and out. Friendly and helpful staff (although the stay is arranged so you pretty much don't have to deal with anybody if you don't want to).

We chose this hotel because of it's proximity to the train station which was right across the street. There are numerous stores and restaurants very close by including a Don Qui next door, Kura Sushi across the street, BigBox which includes a variety of stores such as Loft and Uniqlo. The hotel itself was great - breakfast was good, amenities were ample, front desk was helpful, facilities were very clean. We had a corner room which gave us a lot of space for two people. I highly recommend this hotel as it's out of the busy Shinjuku area but still on the Yamanote loop to get those "tourist" attractions.

It was close to the train station and could easily been found. The room was clean and tidy. Location was great and easy to get around the city.

The location was even better than expected — less than a one minute walk around the corner from the Takadanobaba Station entrance, right next to a Don Quixote, and at the intersection of at least two convenience stores and a mall. Service was excellent; everywhere was clean and well-equipped with amenities and up-to-date technology. The self check-in/check-out processes went quickly and smoothly. The elevator requires scanning your room key to access the higher floors, so it felt like there was an added bit of security. We had a city view from the ninth floor, but since the sun rises so early it was nice that the curtains blocked light effectively so we didn't wake up too early. We also no problems with noise anywhere on or around the property; the neighborhood wasn't completely empty late at night (since convenience stores and Don Quixote are still open) but it felt like a safe facility/street, and we rarely heard or even saw any other hotel guests except in the lobby.
